İçinde akıcı halde hammadde bulunan kalıp sürekli devir halinde olan soğutma sisteminde belirli bir süre bekletilerek hammaddeyi katı (akışkan olmayan) hale getirir. Kalıp açıldığında ise içerisine verilen şekle göre plastik ürün alınır.
